Barry Wright
Founder & President
Barry entered the residential remodeling industry in 1990 after holding sales and management positions in the employment, legal and personal/corporate training industries. He has run three companies since then: a nationally franchised contractor referral service, a remodeling/painting/handyman business, and since 2003, the company he founded - Intown Renovations Group.
Barry considers the key to his success is surrounding himself with highly principled, intelligent, knowledgable staff and subcontractors. He enjoys the challenge (and gratification) that comes from making older homes new again - not by tearing them down, but renovating them to fit today's lifestyles, with an attention to detail and commitment to architectural integrity that stands the test of time.
Barry lives in Piedmont Heights with is wife Alicia and two kids, Andrea (16) and Andres (10). In his free time Barry enjoys an active lifestyle, whether it's dinner and a movie with his wife, playing a weekly 9 holes of golf with his 82-years-young mother, marveling at his daughter's gymnastics feats, being regularly "schooled" by his son on the basketball and tennis courts, or simply hanging out at the slopes/lake/beach with his family.
Alicia Leal Wright
CFO - Intown Renovations Group President - Intown Painting Group
Alicia has been with IRG for 13 years (its first official employee!) and, before becoming CFO, was the bookkeeper and helped manage our small projects. She is originally from Venezuela and moved to Atlanta in 2000. She and her husband Barry live in Piedmont Heights with their two kids, Andrea and Andres. Alicia has degrees in Business Management and Business Administration, also owns Alicia's Cleaning Services, a home cleaning business, and recently formed IRG's painting division.
When asked what she enjoys most about working with IRG, Alicia's response was simple: to watch the transformation of a project from beginning to end, and how beautiful the final results are.
When she isn’t working, Alicia enjoys running, TurboKick classes and listening to music. Her most favorite thing to do is spending time with her family, whether on vacations, going to dinner, playing sports, seeing a movie, or jet skiing on Lake Lanier. She also loves FaceTiming with her sister in Saudi Arabia or best friend in Italy, as well as hosting and cooking for her family from Venezuela when they visit for the holidays.
Bryan Tatum
Sales and Service Coordinator
Brian is a proud Atlanta native who draws inspiration from the vibrant culture and diversity of his hometown. Born and raised amidst the city's dynamic energy, Brian brings a unique perspective to his professional endeavors, while leaning on the 20-plus years in the construction industry in the Metro Atlanta area. Brian knows the Atlanta market and is ready to help you with your newest project!
Brian's roots in Atlanta have instilled in him a strong sense of community and a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. His experiences and upbringing serve as a foundation, guiding his approach to work and life, and fostering an inclusive and understanding environment.
With over two decades of marriage and the joy of fatherhood to two wonderful daughters, Brian values the importance of family and the nurturing environment it provides. Brian treats every client project as if it was a project for his own family and brings that energy to his daily work with Intown Renovations Group. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing golf, taking trips, and spending time with his family.
Ana Lloreda
Project Coordinator
Ana is a certified Architect and has been in Construction Management for 15 years. She also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration as well as an Associates Degree in Accounting. She has experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction but her primary focus has mostly been in high end residential construction. She enjoys the process from design to completion, and loves the challenges that each project brings.
Ana is originally from Colombia and moved to Atlanta in 2000. She currently lives in Decatur with her husband and her pets; a dog and a cat. She loves animals and volunteers at Angels Among Us and Society of Human Friends of Georgia, two local animal rescue agencies. Ana is also an avid motorsports fan and enjoys all sorts of racing; NASCAR, Formula 1, Indy Racing as well as motorcycle racing. She also likes photography and traveling with her husband.
Ollie Lowery
Field Superintendent
Ollie has been with IRG since June of 2018 and brings to the table 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He was born in Newark, NJ and grew up in the Jersey Shore area. He has a degree in Construction Management from Upsala College in East Orange, NJ. Since graduating from college, Ollie has worked in every facet of the construction industry and is knowledgable about everything including framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, doors & windows, masonry, and even home insurance. He has worked in both residential and commercial construction in positions such as Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Manager and Field Superintendent, to name a few. Ollie moved to Atlanta in November of 2017 and lives in Gwinnett County with his 2 dogs, Thor and Noir. He enjoys traveling, golfing and fishing.
