Site Visit & Discovery

We visit your home to take measurements, review existing conditions, and clarify your vision. You’ll receive expert guidance on layout, feasibility, and overall project direction so you can make confident decisions early.

Design Support & Pricing

After the site visit, we provide a complimentary ballpark estimate to help you evaluate next steps.
Our design support includes:
  • Layout guidance and space planning
  • 2D layouts for kitchens, bathrooms, and room renovations
  • 3D renderings to visualize the final space (typically included with a retainer and generally limited to kitchens and bathrooms)
Once the design and scope are finalized, we deliver a detailed, fixed-price proposal.
We provide design guidance and visual tools but do not create architectural or structural plans. Those services are coordinated through trusted partners when required.

Planning & Permitting

We manage construction planning and the permitting process to ensure a smooth start. You’ll receive clear timelines, next steps, and guidance on any required decisions or pre-construction purchases.

Construction

Our skilled team and vetted trade partners execute the project with precision and care. We maintain consistent communication through:
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Real-time updates via our online customer portal
  • Proactive coordination to keep the project on track

Final Walkthrough & Warranty

We complete a detailed final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards—and yours. Once approved, we hand over your finished space backed by our industry-leading three-year warranty for long-term peace of mind.
